Kleenex Not Included is a 8/8 heroic guild looking to fill our roster to progress into Mythic! We are currently seeking competent healers and ranged dps. Raid times are Tues/Sunday 7:15-9:30 server time. We are Friendly and always willing to help! We also run weekly mythic 10’s to avoid pugs if its not your thing.
Seeking Healers: Disc and Resto Shaman. other healers are welcomed but everybody has a preference.
Ranged Dps: currently we are stacked with melee dps, as stated other options are open but ranged dps would be great for those pesky adds so the melee don’t have to walk over there.
Our guild prides itself on trying our best, we always seem to progress and everyone gets better gradually. We have progressed so far that we are ready to enter the world of mythic raiding .
Currently the only thing holding us back is the inevitable roster boss. regardless of gear or skill we are looking to recruit you! We will help you get better not only gear wise but skill wise as well. Our four biggest things we look for in our raiders is reliability, ability to learn and listen, absorb constructive criticism, and ability to work well with others.

Reliability: is a strong concern because you can not raid if you are not there. This means showing up on time and communicating effectively with officers if extended absences are expected. Our raid times are not long and is not time consuming as other guilds are.

Ability to learn and listen: Our guild/Raid leader and supporting officers (shout out mango) do a really great job in explaining the raid and calling things out. This comes down to cooldown usage, positioning, even when to pot. This crucial skill not only helps you perform better but helps the raid as a whole!

Absorb constructive criticism: During the raid and after you may receive some criticism. This critical skill really helps everyone. We are not here to put anyone down, but we are here to improve everyone. Even if its the smallest thing we want to attempt to improve anything to not only benefit yourself but our healers as well.

Ability to work well with others: This is a great skill for any guild. Overall we want to bring a fun environment with raiding. I personally have only been here a short while but I can already tell this guild is a family. So this skill is mandatory in ours and yours success.

We are just looking for more people to join us in our quest into reaching the common end game content of mythic raiding and have fun while doing it!
