With the advent of cross-faction and now cross-server guilds, NZ/Kiwis that are currently watching clock sadly for their North American (or even Aussie) guildmates to join/leave can join NZ based guilds.
My suggestion is that we LFGuild post here, that Guilds can also post here who are looking for people. If you are looking for a raiding guild please specify that, otherwise we can assume casual or social guilds are okay.
