The Kirin’Var Ghost’s soulbind, in Netherstorm, says “When active, 20% of all damage taken by the caster is taken by the target”, but it was reflecting 100% of damage back to me.
This issue is still happening…
The tool tip says 50% of damage but still returns the full 100%. can we get any attention on this since its been almost 1 year!!
