The best leader & my Warchief is Gelbin Mekkatorque.

  • why is that chilibean? i thought warchief is a horde thing?

I’m glad you asked!

You see, it all started when we Gnomes lost our home.
Back in the long long ago, we lost our home to troggs and awfulness, so being a part of the Alliance we saught help from our neighbors the dwarves.

Reluctantly they let us stay with them but they don’t want us to live there permanently. In-fact the whole of the Alliance wont help us reclaim our home despite us fighting along side them against all world ending thingamagigs.

So! With even the dwarves refusing to help, Gelbin created the deeprun tram! An amazing feat of engineering as it links Ironforge with Stormwind, the only connection between two kingdoms. Hailed for his work, this earned Warchief Gelbin his kingship among us Gnomes. The Alliance even praised him for his work and yet have done nothing to help us in our time of need.

How does this make Gelbin a warchief?

Well…The tram isn’t for the Alliance. Oh no…Not at all… It’s for us, the true members of the Horde. The… Gnomish Horde!

Gelbin never forgot how we were abandoned by the Alliance. And so, the deeprun tram was planned, executed and will always remain under Gnomish control. It is by King Warchief Mekkatorques rule that the tram remain unguarded, for it is a place for our Horde brothers & sisters to come together en masse as we Orc-hestrate raids against our enemies, the heartless Dwarves and their pals the “Hue-manns”.

If you painted fire symbols on the side of your tram, it would go faster.
