Hello Blizzard Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the hard work your team puts into maintaining and improving our favorite games. However, I feel compelled to address a recurring issue that has been affecting my experience and that of many others in the community.
It has become increasingly disappointing to see maintenance windows extend far beyond the usual two-hour timeframe. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, waiting up to five hours for maintenance to complete is not just inconvenient; it can feel like a significant waste of precious free time.
As a dedicated player, I carve out time each week to engage with your games. When maintenance runs long, it disrupts my plans and, frankly, can feel like a catastrophe. I can’t help but wonder if there might be ways to improve this process, as consistently exceeding the expected downtime has left many of us feeling frustrated.
I believe that by focusing on more efficient maintenance practices, you could greatly enhance the player experience. I appreciate the challenges involved in managing such complex systems, but it’s crucial that we work towards minimizing the impact on the community.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I genuinely hope to see improvements in the future, allowing us all to enjoy your incredible games without the worry of extended downtimes.
Best regards,
A fury warrior main that has been nerfed 4 times in 4 patches and does less single target than the aug evoker (a support class).
