I debated posting this in Transmogrification or here, but I feel like it’s more fitting in this forum. This isn’t a new issue, but it’s one that sadly gets in the way of transmog sets players make too much, and in many ways it feels entirely arbitrary.
I was recently putting together a set for my Orc Hunter, utilizing both the Greaves of Enigmatic Energies and the Kor’kron Tabard, which together I feel fits perfectly and really brings the full set together. But then I noticed the back flap of the tabard clips through the kilt of the greaves. This is not an issue with just this item as there are other, similar leg armors that have this issue, but then there’s also some that don’t, and which also retain the front flap. The Algari Warden’s Greaves serves as a good example.
Now, okay, those are more like half-robes, right? So maybe they just work differently? Then why do the new mail Undermine sets from world content and quests, which also serve as half-robes, have the back flap clipping problem too?
I’d like to see these items, and the many others that are similarly affected, adjusted to hide the back flap of tabards. I know for certain this can be done, because it already has been on other, similar leg items, and the front flaps get hidden by certain belts too. Please fix this problem, for the sake of fashion.
