What are you guys playing until classic is released? I’m looking to kill some time until release. I’ve dabbled in Grim Dawn for a bit and it’s not too bad.
Can anyone else recommend some MMORPG’s and ARPG’s? I know now a days it’s slim pickings but thought I’d give it a shot to see if there is something new I haven’t tried.
I’ve been playing Warcraft 3 honestly 
it is fun. (I know it’s now MMORPG)
It’s a great way to catch up on lore.
I played wc3 a bit for a few weeks about a month ago, mostly custom games. Going to table that one until remastered I think.
I would say try ffxiv but then you might not come back to wow… :o)
I tried FFXIV but it seemed extremely slow paced, maybe because I was still in a starter area. When does that game stop being so noob friendly and pick up the pace?
I’ve been playing Grim Dawn myself. Also want to get through Divinity 2 before Classic comes out. I know it’s not really an ARPG but if you want some Action/Adventure you could try out Devil May Cry 5. Could play through the Warcraft games like the others have mentioned.
I can’t speak for MMORPGs that much because well… this is the one I’m waiting for. I’ve tried all the F2P ones and I can’t be bothered to level up until the combat gets interesting. FF14 did have some fun combat at max level but o man I can’t wait for the “grind your balls off” experience that is Classic WoW.

Honestly it’s been a long time since I created a new character… the main story does gate you quite a bit at the start. I would say level 30ish, when you unlock your first job, is when you really get rolling. But hopefully they’ve made improvements to the early game by now.
It’s probably not a good choice to only play for 2ish weeks… but it’s a solid game all around 
Dude. There’s two weeks left. I probably won’t even have time to play because school is starting, kids need to be registered parent-teacher night etc. You don’t need a temporary hobby to cover two weeks.
Enjoying the fast leveling Timewalking dungeons bring in WoW.

Old School Runescape might be more up your alley since it has similar stuff for Classic WoW.
Fallout new vegas and AOW3 are super cheap, not that any of those are ARPGS well… maybe Fallout? Retail If you want something more old school go get a PSOBB priv server.
I’m playing ESO right now. A lot of focus on enjoying the leveling experience as opposed to hitting cap ASAP. I was never going to be hardcore in the game, I don’t think, but it’s very entertaining. Your DPS doesn’t really pick up until around I want to say level 15.

I’m playing Ring of Elysium. It’s a FPS battle royale. I’m keeping away from anything like WoW to have a completely fresh MMO palette.
