It’s a pretty sh*tty afterlife. I mean, you could die, find yourself waking up in the shadowlands, and instantly get trampled by a wild animal. Bam, erased from existence

You just need to put it into context. Imagine if you got sent to the Maw to suffer for eternity. Or worse, got reincarnated as a Gnome.

Worse - they’re stuck in a version of Azeroth where they are constantly having to listen to a sparkle Dwarf yell about having to heal the planets “woonz.” Over and over and over again. Forever. Worse than the Maw.
