Having to delay this button due to any mechanic happening or could happen in the next 6 seconds is pretty awful to deal with.
Maybe just put secret technique in its place till you can figure out something more thematic with outlaw.

I can hear the rogue devs seething about the idea of having to do anything but change a number on a single ability for the next hotfix. If they had to actually put effort into thought, I think they’d pop a blood vessel.
killing spree is horrible. on top of the times we can’t use it because we have to wait for a mechanic, there are times we could use it if the tank would just move the mobs one more yard away from the death puddles. i don’t know which is more frustrating.
