I racked up 84 honorable kills in war mode, including a dozen level-capped players. Honestly warmode in shadowlands is the fairest it has ever been
I like when the NPCs can call guards to help. Maybe there can be a way that an NPCs guards can get stronger each time thy are called, but offer no rewards. That, or after killing quest-giving NPCs, the attacker is flagged with a PvP bounty, so other interested parties can come do something about it.

you know, back in my day, skilled pvpers used to come help their lowbies, not npc guards. They got some good pvpin out of it too. Games changed, no world pvp for old men.
Bring back dishonorable kills.

I moved to an RP server, which is less affected by CR stuff. Since I moved, it has been a very long time since somebody killed a quest giver I needed.
I get that some people like to occasionally PVP when not in warmode (because warmode is too difficult for them), and they really don’t care about people trying to level. In the past when I saw a NPC being killed, typically nobody responded the way “they are supposed to”. People who have high level toons and know what they are doing in PVP are usually doing something else, not wasting their time hanging around quest hubs.
Anyway, if this is a problem on your server (with CR issues) then you can put up with it, move to a RP realm (this worked for me) or find another game that is better designed. I guess the devs don’t want to “discourage PVP” but all they are doing is telling people that don’t like PVP that this game is not for them.
That’s it! If everybody who doesn’t like PVP quits WOW, that will fix it! Make WOW a PVP only game! It will be the game that the DEVs really want!

get a high level character to fight him your own or a friends its called pvp if you dont like it stop playing wow thats your only options.

Walks into Goldshire on my horde toon…would be a terrible shame if something were to happen to that quest npc you got there now wouldn’t it? Proceeds to get destroyed by the 3 225 ilvl stealthed druids sitting behind the Inn 24/7.

Sure. And find they’re on another shard and can’t be helped. Or they can’t get back to their capital city to shut off Chromie time because YOU killed their flightmaster to keep them stuck at that quest hub.
Wow is not called PvP. They are on a PvE server and should not have to expect that bored emotionally stunted max levels will be harassing them. Not playing wow anymore because sociopathic dirtbags camp your quest hub should not be a leveler’s only option.
Nah, that’s not pvp. If you aren’t fighting other people it is, by definition, not player vs player combat. NPCs aren’t players, therefore not pvp. It’s nothing but annoying. If you want pvp throw on warmode and go find someone who can actually fight back. Anything less is just you being cowardly

How about if you attack a flagged NPC, you do no damage and immediately get booted to the PvP shard with a day cooldown till you can leave it? I mean, if you wanna PvP, you get it.
