I killed Mythic Fryyak on my dh back in June. I received the mount, the druid form, and the Cinder for the Nah’qi tame. I used the druid form and the cinder. I’ve been able to use the druid form and of course the mount on all my alts. I went on my BM Hunter to tame Nah’qi and received the error That I have not proven myself to this spirit.
