There used to be a few different kill on sight addons for wow classic. If you are unfamiliar it is an addon where you can add someone of the other faction to a list, if that person was near you, you would get a notification and a little window would pop up letting you know. Does anyone have something like this for SoD?

I think OP is referring to the Spy addon. You can add people onto your Kill on Sight list.
