Actually no, a quick google search finds me that Draenei are Eredar. That’s there species name. The name Dranei is used after Velen and the other Eredar fled Argus after the others were corrupted. So yes, you’re race did take part in genocide.

I’m an author, so yeah, I know what the term “Mary Sue” means and it applies to either gender.
Thrall is a classic Mary Sue, his only fault being too good. Anduin is a Mary Sue as well, so comparing him to Anduin only reinforces it.

You mentioned a few mistakes he made as far as decisions, but can you name a BAD THING he’s done? Not wrong, but BAD.

Bit of hair-splitting going on there. The term is meant to define an unflawed character that always seems to know the best thing to do. And I am also a writer (I’ve been writing fanfic for 20 years) so I have a fairly good idea of its definition - despite the fact that all such terms tend to morph over time into whatever it means when you point at it.

If you want to say he and Anduin are Mary Sues according to your interpretation, that’s fine, you can do that. I don’t agree, and I can do that. Thankfully it’s a (more or less) free speech forum.

Lol, why the hell kill Thrall? He is one of the most badass lore characters and one of the few Warchiefs that did mostly good instead of harm to the horde(Including the old fel corrupted horde and the new horde).

Thrall is one of the reasons I joined the Horde when I first played WoW. Because of him the Horde was more than just “Generic, angry monster faction.” Not to mention, he’s just generally a great character, who got put into a bad place in Cata and that echoed for years after.

Now that he’s back, likely without his shaman powers and ready to beat the hell out of people with his bare hands, I’m hopeful he’s going to be a “Take no ****” kinda guy, and hopefully slam dunk Sylvanas into a shallow grave.
