TIL killing him for TP credit is account wide. I swear last month you could do it on multiple toons. Anyway posting here for general awareness.

You can only complete each task once. So while you can only get credit for killing him one time for that one specific task, you could probably kill him multiple times for the kill XX amount of raid bosses tasks.
