Kids need to get 1 month bans minimum if they are whispering healers in/after shuffle

Need a few badges so I log on disc for literally 2 games and I DC for 2 rounds. Warrior and DH whispering me calling me trash. 5x duelist warrior. DH with 500 rounds played this season, only spec he plays.

There’s more than enough dps to go around in shuffle. There’s zero reason this should be tolerated. Get these kids out of the game or at least ban them from shuffle if they think they can whisper healers. Actually insane. Imagine being a casual healer trying to get your moggies and these losers are berating you.

Turning off chat isn’t a good suggestion. These kids bring ZERO value to the game. Generic melee dps #5434329928 that just clogs up the que spamming games non stop is worth nothing. We need every healer we can get and if we aren’t going to fix mmr for healing we at least need to start snipping these roaches out of the game.

Last season healing no matter what MMR I was at I was getting rage whispers and constant trash talking from rats even when I’m on my 5th alt. It’s ridiculous.

but you’re unhinged on the forums!!!

I don’t whisper people in game. EVER. Period.

I already quit healing. Not my problem anymore. I’m advocating for healers that didn’t quit yet.

Big surprise rets and hunters already talking trash. You should be perma’d. Worth less than nothing. Guy has 10 paladins and hasn’t played a single game of healer.

Wich world u wanna live in?
Looks like u wanna live in a war zone rn, maybe that suits u.

Turn off whispers if people offend you that much :person_shrugging:

When angry players whisper me I just say “ok” to everything they say.
For some reason this makes them go into a wild frenzy of poorly typed insults.

Use baby talk on them like the babies they are.

With any luck, that’ll get them to let loose the slurs that’re on the tips of their mentally adolescent tongues.

Then you just report and get them banned. Ultimate W.

Kids don’t really play this game they do Fortnite and shooters. It’s adults whispering you.

I dentify as. 15 year old

Did this really need a forum post

The one where thin skinned babies turn off chat and the normal people continue on with our lives.

Extra salt on those french cries

Awww little baby going 0-6 mannn smacks lips darn. Maybe a skill issue little guy : smirk : but no worries the kindergarten bracked would treat you nicely darling better luck next time

internally dehumanize them and you can turn your anguish into laughter

healthy coping mechanism btw, applicable to all areas of life

enjoy their vain struggle when they’re unable to

I don’t think it’s just kids doing this behavior.

I agree it isn’t a good suggestion, but it’s the only option if you don’t want to deal with toxic chat.

Personally, I often enjoyed (e.g., past tense) receiving toxic whispers WHEN I COULD REPLY AND TALK TRASH/BE TOXIC BACK.

Now though if you reply, all you’re doing is putting your account at risk for suspension and eventual permanent ban.

It isn’t worth it.

Disable your chat when doing anything that involves randoms, even if it’s a m+.

It’s sad that this is the only realistic option (e.g., me sitting there and just taking it from some random man-child isn’t an option, not for me at least).

The people before and after me that continue saying “just be nice, or don’t say anything that can be construed as mean” are just gaslighting you.

With chat enabled, even if you say nothing, you will get berated or insulted REGULARLY if you do any form of competitive content.

With chat enabled, even if you say things that are at least arguably, objectively positive/non-abusive, you will get reported (e.g., maybe not as often, but even a “nice job all” or “need help at lh” will catch you one or more reports if someone felt you didn’t contribute enough, or after lh is later lost and they blame you, or just simply because it’s so easy to abuse the reporting system, especially since there is no punishment for making unjustified/false reports).

I reiterate. Disabling chat is the only realistic option, at least until Blizzard stops catering to the snowflake agenda.

They do.

Literally nothing will happen unless you report them in game.
