OP wasn’t tanking. He was throwing a prima donna fit and got kicked out for it. If he went in and started hitting stuff there wouldn’t have been any problem.
It could be considered grieving.
Not by Blizzard, which is what actually matters. You can feel however you like, but this system was used for its intended function, that’s not griefing and it is not actionable.

Nope! Kicking requires a majority rule. If the group votes to kick, no “griefing” no rules broken.

Nope you can be kicked from any group for any reason and even for no reason as long as a majority vote to kick you when it pops up. Its not griefing under the rules.

Too bad, the majority of players in the dungeon didn’t want to play with you. Hence the kick.
Not gonna lie, this made me laugh a bit.
Well you can ask for ice cream, but doesn’t mean you will get it. Meaning no one broke any rules by kicking you out of the group by vote to kick passing and you being removed by the majority of the vote, no one even needed a reason, they just needed to ask for the vote to be taken and for the rest of the players in the group by majority to agree to kick you out. Pretty much end of the whole process. That it is working as intended by Blizzard.
It didn’t because you can’t kick someone 30 seconds into the raid. You can’t kick someone for several minutes after joining.
Most of the time, you can’t kick someone until after first boss trash and first boss dies.
So no. It didn’t happen to you.

All those filled with dread that they may feel they get picked on, in random auto queue groups when they get vote to kick, removed, well you know you could always create your own group like in the old days. Then you wont have to worry about it. You will be the one with the crown on your head and only those you want in the party get to stay or are invited in the 1st place.
I see the same NPC responses have infiltrated this thread as well lol
Correct. People can grief kick til their hearts content. If you wanna follow suit, there are discords where people kick or report people for laughs. Join one
Just reading your replies and how super spun up you are, I suspect you were not very nice in the group and that is why you got the kick.
Regardless Blizzard’s stance on the kick remains so you are yelling at the wrong people. Just work within the system provided and you are good to go, otherwise (if this is not a troll post and I suspect it is) you are going to be in for a lot more disappointment.
I mean just dont be slower than the dps and they wont pull for you
