I was sitting there in an epic BG on my 60 DH, it wasn’t going great, I was guarding mid an then as I proceeded to move toward docks, I was kicked out and given the “deserter” debuff. Wtf. Is there really no way to prevent those who are trying to help a failing team from getting kicked and being unable to que for 15 minutes. Just wtf…
People reported you AFK. If enough do so, you get removed immediately.
And during the time you were given an AFK warning which means you either were not paying attention or were not at the keyboard for an extended period of time.

Not necessarily. If enough report you AFK, you don’t get the warning.
Yes but you’d either need a group of true jerks or have totally pissed of the group in chat.

Exactly. I have seen quite a few reports of players complaining on other forums that turned out they were trying to dictate to the group what to do and sitting at a spot elsewhere not actively participating against the opposite faction getting kicked. People don’t like it when some random person tries to tell them what to do.
