Kicked from Mythic plus at the end will get you no loot?

Back story: I got into a 12 FH and it was a flawless run., I think 2 deaths due to a DC but no wipes no thing… were at the shark boss (we went 1>2>4>3) with 6 minutes left on timer, boss at 10% and the mob percentage is 98.67 percent or something along those lines… next thing I know I get the message that I’m being ported out… the boss goes down and I’m kind of just standing there like wtf… when I realize what happen I pull the last group that was needed the hunter in group killed the last bit that was needed. Before the mob went down I was ported out but then I got the message the key was completed… I’ve looked online and I’ve see that you do get loot and others saying you don’t… can I cater a clear answer? There’s no way that this is okay. Why is it that I put in all those 30 minutes of my time to make a flawless run and not get rewarded? I have a video of the entire run up to the point where I was kicked.

If there is loot in the chest for you, you will get loot mailed to you

So yeah you can get kicked from the first boss as well and still get loot :stuck_out_tongue:

You do, unfortunately, get loot if you are kicked or leave a m+ and you get a weekly cache as well.

It is chest loot there, so no end run loot was generated for you as you did not open the chest. Sorry that happened.

You should, however, get weekly credit for the run in your Tuesday cache.

Edit. Or I could be wrong for end. Of run loot after reading the above two posts.

I’m not worried about weekly chest as I completed a 10 earlier… it was more so the end of dungeon loot… so no AP or no loot? How is that even fair… if I just got AP in the mail I wouldn’t mind, because no guarantee that loot would’ve dropped for me but like… I get nothing for the effort I put in and that’s somehow okay???

Edit: didn’t read Varbs post before putting mine in… okay if I get loot then huge sigh of relief, even if it’s just AP… but if get nothing and it’s somewhat okay… then like nahhhh

If you are kicked 2 minutes before last boss and zone out in time then yes they get more loot chances. and you get 0/5

lol no, you do not get more loot for kicking people in m+.

no, if you were inside the moment the run started you will get a chance at loot no matter what(if they complete it, of course).

You don’t get MORE loot.
im not talking about weekly cache
they changed the legion philosophy where if you were kicked you can still get in-dungeon non-weekly loot.
you will not receive loot if you were there and kicked way before last boss.

Correct.
kicked-dude will get weekly box but not in-dungeon.
This isn’t legion anymore, it changed.

you can poach people by kicking them before last boss.

If this is true then how is this remotely okay…I get it being a deterrent to keep people from leaving but for people getting kicked?? Like wtf?

I assume its to stop people from leaving when the run is half over and getting free loot.

It should be if you tag the last boss you get loot regardless, since you obviously at that point in time earned it.

Then they would simply wipe to the boss or reset it and then kill it without you. That is if it worked that way.

for anyone looking for an answer to this… yes if you were kicked mid run from a mythic+ you can still get loot. just experienced this first hand in a +6 AD run. was kicked before 3 boss and about 15 minutes later i received the dungeon completion message. got a 445 ilvl item and the tidalcore mailed to me. hope this helps with any confusioin.
