Unless you’re a Mage or Hpal/Ret, 2200 is the new 1400.

Well, not sure about 0.1 second but if i can disarm or silence the burst on the next global I will try to
People do play with GladiusEX and OmniBar so pretty much announces when you should do something to counter your burst (also unfortunate as a DK that 1min burst lines up with most classes disarms or sooner)
Potentially. Current ladder is a “crabs in a bucket” scenario. So many people trying to climb up they’re all pulling each other back down.

Game knowledge is higher now a days with twitch and youtube. In the past couple years mmorpgs have had a shift where everyone is interested in min maxxing all content.
Frost dk is also a very predictable one trick pony. Even bad players know they can trade disarm for pillar and stop your oblits.
Combine this with add-ons that show pillar above ur nameplate and a bunch of degenerates using losa 
and there’s likely your answer

yes. bots were all over the middle of the ladder during their reign of terror. Botting doesn’t = success. they’re usually still awful players and lose, just really frustrating to fight them.
My memory is plagued with the feral druid cat noise from botting ferals powershifting every single global to auto-remove my crippling poison or w/e the heck was happening. It was so annoying. So many of them in MoP.

When do you burst? Once you grip or connect? I was told that dk burst is telegraphed.
If you notice it, cast a crap skill and get locked out and freecast what you really wanted to use. Frostbolt on a firemage, immolate on a lock, Poly on frost mage etc. If they automate it, abuse it. it doesnt think, just reacts to what you do.
Trinket the disarm.
You can trinket disarm every other PoF go.
