At first I thought it was some conflict w/ Garden Of Secrets questline. But even after finishing that - still no Khanam Matra at the Oathstone, and no other instances of Sarest offer any quests.
I don’t usually necro a post, but I am trying to do quests on an alt and this quest STILL is bugged. I have completed the max level green dragonflight quest chain and they are still not at the oathstone and no other place can I find this one quest. The best solution would be to make it so that the npc over at the clan village has the quest so it can easily be picked up.
I can find her on the second floor above the renown quartermaster in Maruukai and other various areas, but still not phased in properly on the island where the quest is supposed to be obtained. Would love to finish the questline, but seems like that is not going to happen until something is properly fixed.
