Khanam Matra Sarest missing

After completing the new Ysera campaign Khanam Matra Sarest is missing from her area, checked other areas she is in, and none of them offer the quest, “The Nokhud Offensive: The Wind Belongs to the Sky”

Also having an issue continuing with the Valdrakken Ruby Feast chain unable to regain the quest, “Finest Fungi at the Feast.”

Know now it is probably best to never abandon quests.

I’m having the same problem trying to pick the quest “The Nokhud Offensive: The Wind Belongs to the Sky”. Khanam Matra Sarest is not at the Emerald Oathstone Area. And I haven’n abandoned the quest before.

I’m also having this problem. I didn’t accept the quest and it is no longer available. Khanam Matra Sarest is not at the Emerald Oathstone.
