Hello! I was going through the campaign until i got to quests “Lava Burst” and “Elemental Unfocus”. Upon completion i was told to meet with Khadgar to turn-in the quest. Once at the location i could not see him. I tried relogging, reloading and even restarting the quest from the beginning. With no such luck, i am not sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
Normally I would say phasing is likely to be the culprit, but this is the first time I’m seeing this as an issue in this area. There aren’t even any comments on WoWHead about either of the quests having issues, nor is there anything noted about Khadgar’s specific NPC for those turn ins.
The best I can offer at the moment is to ensure you’re going to the right place to meet him? Coordinates are 74.4 37.8 or for TomTom /way #2024 74.4 37.8 Archmage Khadgar.

Not just you. Both quests are bugged. Kalegos is there but Khadgar is not despite both question marks showing up on the mini-map. I have taken the quests multiple times on the same character and no luck.
The Elemental Unfocus one says I am actually looting the Elemental Focus but it never shows in my bags. If I turn off auto-loot it shows it in the loot and as soon as I click it, it says I looted it but a search of my inventory doesn’t show it.
I ran the scripts to check that each stage was done up to it and all were but as soon as I run the script check for these 2 quests …the next in the chain… the show as “False” indicating I have not completed them.
It is nothing to do with an alt blocking them as I am the only one working the questlines in the expansion up to this point.
Same issue, discovered today. First play through 
No alts or anything, just my unrelenting sadness.
So nothing we can do then? Is there a way we can get a GM or someone to see it, and fix it?
Not sure for anyone else but it did fix with reset for me. Even the issue with the Elemental Orb or whatever (says you loot it but not in your bags) wasn’t a problem. I had already done that part for the 5th time before I went to bed and it wasn’t in my bags. When I headed in today after reset, it turned it in just as if I DID have it.
I went and did the Lava Burst quest and all was fine with that too.
