so i tried to ask this in other post but aparently people understood the wrong thing, after all the quests in the war within avaliable i wanted to go back to legion and do some missing quests, i need khadgar for those quests, specially the “uniting the isles” and the suramar questline but he is nowhere to be found, even the map shows where to pick the qhest but he is just gone now, unless you go to the hall of the guardian but he is just there for a dialogue with jaina and doesnt give or take quests, so mi question is: how do i fix this issue?, all the “he is not dead just missing” or other things like that i do not care

There’s a theory going around that the same version (coding wise) of Khadgar was used for the pre-patch event and TWW introductory quest chain.
This basically means since in Legion the pre-patch event is not active and the TWW quest chain is completed, that he’s effectively been removed unintentionally from Legion Dalaran. He might also be in various locations such as the library for the Harbinger quest chain, the landing area of Dalaran, or somewhere else (I don’t remember if he can show up anywhere else but if he can he might be there).
Best thing to do is to report it as a bug and potentially ask over on the CS forums if this is something that is worth sending a ticket for. Since it may just be a bug/oversight at which point a ticket won’t help, but if trying to complete a quest and this is preventing it then it might be a case of getting a GM involved. Best thing to do, in my opinion, would probably be to ask/move the thread over to the CS forums instead. You might be able to get better help there.

I have this EXACT same issue o my warrior alt; the thing is, I’ve just completed these same exact quests on two other alts and they had no trouble finding Khadgar where he was supposed to be, so how can it be a bug?
Did you end up getting it to work with your warrior? I wanted to unlock some more class mounts but my priest can’t find khadgar or the class hall npc. 
Hi, I did the Druid class mount quest chain yesterday. He was standing near the flight master for me instead of where the ? showed he was supposed to be.
I’ll give it a look once maintenance is over. Thanks!

I have been working on the Balance of Power looong quest line for my druid appearances and ran into much the same problem in TWW pre-patch.
what worked for me after actual TWW launch was to complete everything in TWW related to Khadgar and then he showed up in legion dalaran as he should have.
but there could also be other issues within Legion story lines that could have him active in other areas and inactive in Dal. You might need to go to him on the broken shores near the mage tower and do quests for him and/or velen there.
khadgar is a busy boy…
There are SO MANY places this dude could be. He needs to sit still.
Honestly, I switched to an alt to get legion started an hour-ish ago, and I’ve spent the whole time trying to find him. Tabbed back to the game to try a few suggested places and saw it was 4 mins to shut down lol. Talk about bad timing.
I’ll check out a few diff spots, then run an alt through the WW/Khadgar stuff and see if it helps like you said.

It must have something to do with whether you progressed in Legion at all prior to TWW. Khadgar is still there for me on all my toons.
Xal didnt kill him she erased him for all timelines…dun dun dun but it for real sounds like a bug.
I also can’t see him for Uniting the Isles and the Fallen Star quests so I can’t complete them. My husband made a ticket about it and pretty much got told that we are out of luck.
We just want our class mounts and the tome of the Hybrid Beast un our hunters but can’t do that cause Khadgar ain’t there.

Try finishing TWW campaign. I used to not be able to summon the Wondrous Wisdomball until they released the final cutscene of TWW and I played through it and now I can.
