Wheelchair bound Khadgar in Dorn has a timer over his head that’s counting down days. Think it started @ 21 days, I don’t recall.
I think the count down is for a quest line regarding what’s happening with Dalaran.
Don’t know why it needed a countdown but hey. Okay.

There’s a Fate of the Kirin Tor achievement added in 11.0.7. I assume it’s related to that. The timer being unexplained is really odd.

I kind of wish he walks on Christmas morning - like the end of a hallmark Christmas movie .

It’s explained what it is, I just don’t remember exactly where I saw it. The new story questline that came out with 11.0.7 but isn’t at all related to Siren Isle mentions specifically waiting for Khadgar to recover before something happens, but you have to read the quest text. It’s something to do with waiting until he recovers so he can do something to sense what’s going on with the tremors people are hearing in the Ringing Deeps where the tunnel to the new 11.1 goblin zone is going to be.

The Kirin Tor questline was expected to be available with the launch of the most recent patch (a week ago). I think the countdown is a way to tell players it’s coming, just not yet.
You know Xala’tath in the wheelchair next to Alleria in Dorn, listening to all our plans and what we find.

If he was disassembled to arcane energy, he may have been reassembled wrong. Maybe that is why he is in a wheelchair? Hopefully this IS Khadgar and not Xal’atath impersonating another Kirin Tor Archmage.

I like to think the entire time Xal was posing as Drenden, that she probably floated around shoeless occasionally without breaking disguise.
