A neat joke, but I honestly feel like waiting on his return would have made it feel desperate. I hope both Midnight and TLT have more impactful story beats in store for us than “The Return of Funny Grandpa.”

TWW has had a few impactful stories. Granted the majority of them were side stories, but still.
I do get what you’re saying though. The main story has been good so far. But the new stories in the upcoming seasons and patches do need to start upping the stakes to make Midnight feel impactful

One of my favorite groups and songs. Was upset to find that both couples went south.
I’d much rather do Professor K jokes. It would have helped if he had come back bald as well so someone could give us an awful Patrick Stewart voice.
