Seems there will be a KH Game between 3 and 4… Also second Page of the first Link mentions Nomura wanting to see where Hades’ character arc goes next…

The Ultimania also mentions Demyx having a distinct role in the DLC and being missing from the ending for special reasons. Fans on GameFAQs already are theorizing that he’s the Master of Masters!

I have a second possible theory: Demyx was first seen unhooded running away from Hades who now really wants revenge on Sora… If he learns of the Book of Prophecies and Datascape from Maleficent and gains entry to the Castle that Never Was… Why wouldn’t he try to grab the first person he’d assume could access the Castle’s computer?

Demyx shown himself to be a coward by running from Hades unlike Vexen so Hades could simply kill Vexen in front of Demyx to make a point(causing Even to be recompleted as he was shown in the ending) and use him to access the computer for him then hack the Datascape so that Hades can grab any Data Disney Villains he desires.

Yes I suspect the KH Game between KH3 and KH4 is like Chain of Memories and Coded. Nomura created a more up to date version of Sora’s KH1/Chain of Memories self for the KH3 Tutorial for a reason you know. Data Sora and Data Riku are coming back!

Hades will probably be furious that Data Riku is a good guy and move on to grabbing Data Kairi since she unlike Data Riku, Data Namine, Data Roxas and Data Sora didn’t develop a Heart.

Enough Spec on the next game and let’s note the remaining juicy bits of information from the Ultimania:

    1. The Lingering Will is not Terra’s Soul but merely his thoughts and Rage towards Xehanort(considering the Magic Mirror was turned into an Unversed via the Queen’s potion despite not coming from Vanitas the Lingering Will should be an Unversed too).
    1. The 13 Xehanorts fought right before Armored Master Xehanort were benched Replicas just in case the 13 Chosen ended up being failures. Of course he shoved the Data of the 13 Chosen into them to give them powers and once they merged with Master Xehanort he was able to use their 13 Darknesses to clash with the 7 Lights Sora was bonded with and forge a 3rd complete X-Blade(both it and the 2nd one are probably half-buried in the worlds they were last seen in since they were never properly destroyed unlike the 1st X-Blade and Vanitas’s incomplete X-Blade).
    1. True Organization XIII’s Xion held the Heart of the Xion from the past(before she got her face) who proceeded to get kicked out and sent back to the past by the Xion of the present who flew out of Sora’s body when he(technically Roxas using Sora’s mouth as shown by the Japanese version) called Xion by name…

Edit: Eh? Later pages in the Ultimania thread on GameFAQs claims that the Demyx statement(as well as an Ava statement I didn’t bother to cover) wasn’t in the Ultimania while everything else was!

2nd Edit: Despite needing Negativity to reform his Heart and Body Vanitas is also a Time Traveler.

Though the Ultimania doesn’t give an explanation I would assume Young Xehanort grabbed him right after his death at Ventus’s hands and held on to him even when he returned to his own time and only separated from him when Master Xehanort used his state as a Time Portal to pull Young Xehanort post-Keyblade Training to the future.

The Ultimania also says that the Guardian is technically not considered to be a Heartless due to constantly switching from Heartless-form to Heart-form whenever Terra was attempting to take back control over his body from Xehanort like right before Xehanort tried to kick him out losing his memories in the process as well as during Fragmentary Passage.
