I’ve completed a +15 in time, but I can’t buy the Rank 4 focusing iris. It says i need the achievement, which i got in legion, so it didn’t ping for me when we completed the +15, but someone else in my group got the achievement when we completed.
Is there a reason I can’t buy this item? Do I need to complete a +15 for every dungeon?
The requirement specifically says Season 3. They are talking about this expansion. You need to time all 10 at a 15 or better to purchase the essence.

You need to time a +15 in all dungeons during season 4, not just one. Seasons 1, 2, and 3 were the same.
