Just procced 2500+ a couple hours ago and didn’t receive the Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone, and none of the appearances are currently available to transmog.
Is this ‘bugged’ like last season where we had to wait for the next patch for it to kick in, or am I missing something?
Yep logged into alts as well as wowhead some people got it that way.

Someone in my group just hit KSH and acquired the stone immediately.

Raised a ticket and they directed me here to post. Obtained Keystone Hero post hotfix and still did not recieve the Obsidian Aspectral Earthstone.
Any timelines on remedying this issue would be fantastic.

Completed the 2000+ Mythic rating and didn’t receive stone. Submitted a ticket and the response I got said to comment here.
Update: Still have not received reward yet.

Stone is from 2.5k achievement.
Item still does not work on main (no appearances). However, my alts gained access.
Final Edit: finally acquired appearances on main.
Sadly im in the same boat still waiting thinking about putting in another ticket
I did that an hour ago. Kind of ridiculous they cant just spawn the item as they can clearly see rating obtained.
