Keys not reacting to commands

[Acethiel-zuljin]

1. All given keys QWER and down rows work properly when typing in chat box.
2. Intermittent issues, comes and goes
3. While using movement keys AWSD or action shortcuts, it almost feels like lag, but after 3-5 clicks it clicks the appropriate spell/movement (upon pressing, as in no lag)
4. It does NOT seem to relate to Addon (bartender) only because my movement keys are also being “sticky”

any ideas?
