Hi,
My keyboard keys won’t work in game.
I can’t move, jump or use any moves in game. I can type in chat and search bars but that is it.

Try disabling your addons to see if that fixes it and then reload one at a time until you find the culprit.

Hi everyone.
I am having the same issue, keyboard does not work in game, for example:
1.- movement keys are not responding
2.- cast spells and/or abilities are not responding (I can cast the spells or abilities by clicking them with the mouse)
3.- space key to jump not responding
4.- none of the letters and/or the number pad keys are not responding
NOTE: Keyboard responds normally with the chatbox and whispering.
Disconnected and reconnected the keyboard and issue still persists.
UPDATE: I dissabled the addons and the problem goes away. As soon I turn back on the addons, issue comes back.
Are you, by chance, using the addon NeatPlates? I read a post elsewhere that having it enabled will prevent you from being able to move.
(Also FYI: This is the Technical Support forum for computer-related issues. Try using Bug Report for in-game problems – after you’ve ruled out addons.

The add-on marking bar does this also, if you’re disabbling your add-ons and it’s going away, the best bet would be narrow down by disableling each add-on and seeing which one fixes the problem. With it being an ad on issue, it’s not something that blizzard will fix.
Having the same issue myself ontop of a number of other problems. This last update broke the game completely to where i cant even play. Not using any ad ons either
I am having same issue, i find mine always start as soon as i join a dungeon ;/ I have no addons currently as that is what other forums have suggested it could be. But nada. Beyond frustrated
The past few days Ive experienced this issue … everything works perfectly when I am at the training dummy. As soon as I enter a raid or dungeon, the following happens… only the number one key works to cast that number one spell, keys 2-0 do not cast the spells bound to them but I can see it is registering my keystroke from my keyboard as the borders light up like the buttons are being pressed but not launching the spell and my character stands still. I have to manually click the spell with my mouse and that works to send the spell off, however, My cooldowns that I have bound to other standard WOW UI bars would work for a while letting me click them with my mouse but then all of a sudden that entire bar would be frozen with mouse clicks being useless and the bar icons not responding, CD’s not activating even though they are ready, not even showing that they are being clicked… just frozen. I had disabled all my add-ons, using just the new edited WOW UI, reloaded my UI , checked the batteries in my wireless keyboard and mouse, switched to wired keyboard and mouse, etc … no luck… when I exit the raid/dungeon, it works as normal at training dummies… wth? I havent gone and cleared my cache yet, will try that tonight. Any other ideas?
I have issues beyond not responding:
It seems to rebind my entire keyboard at random.
Suddenly CTRL is Windows key etc.
I’ve tried restarting, reinstalling Icue (corsair keyboard), unplugging, etc.
Nothing works.
Randomly; WoW just possesses my keyboard after update - and makes it just… . . freak out completely.
I’m having an issue where my “6” key on my number row is being recognized as an “A”. I noticed when I tried casting a spell, and instead I started spinning around. I tried rebinding the key, and it showed up as an “A”. I alt+tabbed to another window and it read normally as a 6. I went back into WoW, and it was a “6” again. But now I had to remap my “A” key back to the “A” and the “6” back to a “6” and as soon as I did that, I started to spin around again.
