I used to to be able to spin really fast but now I can’t even move. I placed this post in general but I forgot there is a tech forum for this so I am posting here. I have turned off V-sinc and addons and tried trouble shooting the keyboard, there is no problem with it, the scan came out nothing wrong.

Using the mech in the storm phase of Siren Isle changes a system configuration variable that controls your keyboard turning rate to something quite slow, and sometimes leaves it that way.

Use this command in the chat entry to restore the turning rate to default.

/console TurnSpeed 180

You may have to remember to do this periodically if you use the mech on any character.

Turning slowly?

This happened to me after an update. Fortunately there is a console command called “turnspeed” that you can use to change this. I’ll have to look it up and post back but it’s in degrees per second so 200 will make it quite snappy. Command is: /console turnspeed 200

Oh thank you so much Sniperorc! I thought I was loosing my mind but decided to check here to see if it was happening to others. Whew, that worked great. And thanks to Kozzae too for digging up the reference as well.

The fix worked and I am now informed, and back to spinning fast yeah thank you so much for your feedback and help HUGS TO ALL unless your not into hugs then fist bumps.
