i don’t want to use the same keybind setup on two different pcs, how can i disable them syncing
I honestly do not think there is any way to disable them. If I remember correctly he binds our storage server side

There are cvars for enabling sync or not. I think it’s /console synchronizeConfig 0 followed by a /reload but don’t quote me on it. I also think there’s one for macros as well.
