Hello,
I want to use keybinds and I see a lot of tutorial where they suggest using modifiers like shirt and alt, however my pinky finger is too weak and it hurts when I press both of those buttons.
Any suggestions on how to bind my keys ??? I also have a 12 buttons mouse just for reference.

I use Ctrl binds and hit them with my palm. Like, I bind Ctrl num pad 1-3 and hit left ctrl with my palm and use my right thumb to hit my num pads.

it all depends on where your hands sit on the keyboard. left control works for me, but left alt is super awkward.
don’t feel that you have to do what other people do, figure out what works for you.
I don’t use any modifiers but my setup works for me. I use a 12 button mouse as well, as well as escape through f7, ` 1 2 3 4 5 6 q w e r t a s d f
Figuring out that escape and `/~ could be used as binds was a huge game changer for me.
I bind control and shift to very comfortable-to-press extra mouse buttons. This allows me to bind every ability while using several macros without ever having to press a key to the right of 5, T, G, and B. I don’t even like stretching to T but I use it for rarely pressed abilities/macros.
My left hand presses no modifiers. I have more than enough binds while never having to stretch my left hand further than 5 by using control, shift, and control+shift. I use a logitech G502SE and there are 2 extra buttons that my thumb naturally rests on so pressing a key with a control, shift, or control+shift modifier feels virtually just as easy as pressing it without a modifier.
Having control and shift bound to my mouse is the same setup I use for starcraft brood war which I used to play religiously. Your left hand is absolutely spazzing out in that game so having control and shift bound to my mouse hand reduced a lot of left-hand pressure and fatigue. I spam M+ for hours on end back to back and have never had any hand fatigue with my setup.
I use my ring finger for shift modifiers
Use a mouse as Rita said. I do. It works really well. Gaming mouse.
I have genetically shorter fingers and I don’t have too much trouble pressing shift with my pinky, but I can’t do alt and ctrl. I press alt with my thumb for PTT in Discord.
