A simple switch making ‘q’ and ‘e’ do my strafing and ‘a’ and ‘d’ do turning.
I log out and back in and it is reset back to default.
I tried all the recommendations and nothing is saved. There’s no save button so I don’t know if its even trying to save the changes.
Check to see if your folders in the install are locked, read only by right clicking and check profiles. Unfortunately I am not sure which specific file keybindings save to.
Adding it should be in Install path, WTF/Account/license/ Then bindings-cache, backed up to bindings-cache.old
Then see if you have character specific keybindings clicked, it will otherwise set different keys per character, I tend to just do mine account wide.
These settings should save when you log out, make sure you are either doing /camp /logout safely to save, alt-f4 or just closing the client bypasses the save on quitting, and don’t shut down or restart the PC until after the wow.exe shuts down in task manager on it’s own.
