I have a keybind on the (‘) key but every time I press it the game crashes. I tried the solution by disabling the Mac OS shortcuts but it still crashes. I even tried shift+’ but it still crashes.
Same here but also $ and Caps lock. This is making me crazy.

Try rebinding the keys in OSX to something else.
It won’t fix those keybinds working in-game, but maybe you won’t close the game anymore.
The same thing happens to me, when I try to write words with an accent in Spanish (´). The game closes suddenly without any error message.

After getting some clues from another thread, upon changing my keyboard layout from US-International to US English the game no longer crashes and the ‘`’ is working again as before.
Unfortunately it’s not a long term solution for ppl who need to type in different languages.
PS: My naga modifiers still not working even after this change.

im Brazilian, I use ""for ALL (incluse keybind) =)
I use Mac too
So, my Game crashes everytime I press “`”, “´”, “Cmd + Q” wich I use as part of my rotation all the time (I have os macros disabled since forever of course).
Haven’t tried every key combination but Cmd + Q is a pretty big issue for me (and I’m guessing many more Mac users).
Im on a 2019 Intel i9 16" Macbook Pro with ISO Spanish keyboard.

Changing the layout actually fixed the issue, but it worked fine in US-International for years, so it’s clearly something broken in the latest patch.
This could be a temporary solution, but for someone like me who writes in two languages, it’s pretty annoying not to have all the characters I need. I hope this gets fixed soon, but it will probably take a while since not many people are reporting this issue, and it seems to be not as important as other issues.
