Again. You aren’t getting the point. Slots have been removed in Shadowlands. There is no more “x race coming in place of another”. If blizzard can start rolling out a bunch of new races that satisfy even fans of niche stuff, that would be great. And just because goblins aren’t that popular doesn’t mean they aren’t an excellent race. Many do love that race.

Blizz has said Allied races are done for now with no expected timetable for more to be implemented.
This means if we even did get another AR squeezed into BFA last minute, it should probably be something with wider appeal than a Goblin offshoot.
If you want Kelfin to be introduced alongside a lot of other allied races that could be more popular - ok, but we can’t expect to see that for at least a number of years.
Blizzard could do something like they did with Mag’har orcs and introduce them later on. Kelfin already have all the lore setup to be interested in joining. While I want them as an allied race more. Now there is multiple conditions which I would be fine with them getting introduced. Though there is others I prefer:
- Through customization.
If they actually did the customization options very well then I might be fine with this.
Condition 2: They become an allied race.
More ideal, but this wouldn’t happen for a while yet. But this would also mean longer waiting.
Condition 3: They are skins of an aquatic themed class.
Such as this concept I came up with. This would actually be the most ideal scenario since it could be way to flesh them out the best. However it is also by far the most unlikely.
As I said before. If they looked like one of these model edits, I can guarantee you they would easily be one of the most popular allied races. There are workable elements to can take from these to apply them to a cannon version of them though.

Also not real data. It’s only supported by a small percentage of players with a mod installed.

Here’s an example of why it’s inacurate. Many servers have no actual data.
Why do you think this? We can assume they will always add them in pairs sure one horde one alliance, but since they’ve said this is how they intend to bring in all future races…
And why not go ask for something else then? Coming in here to tell us nah man you’re selfish for asking for the thing you want to play is kinda an odd way to push for something you feel has more appeal.

You’ve gone on record saying you like them. Perhaps all it really was that you just didn’t want them coming in place of Vulpera which I definitely understand. I just still want to see them in the game some way at some point.

It’d be real nice if they came as AR but I’d they do come as customization I hope it turns out blizz has some sub race Toggle thing.
Their own voices customization, racials, ect. That’d be swell.
Reflective blue hair. Its something that wow is lacking. We need:
- Starfish hair decorations
- Tentacle hair
- Sea shell patterns
- Algae
- A mix of pearls and shells.

I am going to try to make a visualization of all these things. Just will take a bit of work yet though. Some of the custom options I mentioned have the potential to be really nice, but I also want to show some goblin ones.

My wish list is pretty assuredly being done. Separate the nose ears and such you know?

- Bomb earrings.
- Flammable hair like junkrat
- Skin that looks as though it has chemical burns.
- A lot of bling. Go crazy with necklaces, golden ornaments, rings and all that stuff.
- Golden teeth.
A few things like cyborg options, and glowing red or gold eyes would be neat. Though it doesn’t exactly seem cannon.

until this very moment. I have never known how much better I could look with half my face burned off. That is the best idea for this toon I’ve ever heard or imagined. lol!
Goblins. I tell you this much. If goblins weren’t playable, not even sure I would still be playing this game.

I think many folk could say the same for one race or another. Heck I think I’ve seen others say it.
Having options and new customization for them is no doubt going to be a boon.
Kelfin being a similar and wanted race by many goblin fans and others could also help.
Kelfen Druid would be awesome to have.

Have a look at this project I did. These aren’t gilblin druids, but it is similar in many ways. Something like this would be amazing to play as.
