Keeping things in Perspective with the mount buff

Over the past two days I completed my 16 runs on the Jailer. I did them all solo, I have those characters gear up well enough to do this (I have had better luck outside of raids).

On those 16 runs, I did not get the mount. Over the past couple days I have seen posts by people on social media showing off their mounts and saying it took only a couple runs, even some claiming it was their first attempt. Congrats to all those people getting their mounts.

As RNG goes, you will have people getting those mounts in a few runs, you will also have people needing 40+ attempts as well. My warning to everyone is to not get your hopes up, you still have over a 94% chance of NOT getting it with every attempt. And with most of the mounts, there is a weekly lockout, so you are looking at 4 attempts per character during this event.

In my above example, a person with a main and 3 alts would not have gotten the Jailer mount during this event. Stay positive, but be prepared for disappointment. I have 48 more attempts left on the Jailer mount.

Ight thanks for letting us know

Best of luck to us all. :dracthyr_comfy_sip:

I’m hoping to knock off Tazavesh before starting Jailer runs.

buff or no buff?..it’s not about the 5% or whatever they are claiming it is?, it all boils down to rng. you cannot beat rng!!. you will either get it…or you won’t.

Gonna make the Tshirts
