Keep receiving "Your login session has expired"

Every time I start battlenet, I see “Your login session has expired. Please log in again. Error Code : BLZBNTBGS80000023” message. Tried delete “Battle.net” and “Blizzard Entertainment” folder under %ProgramData%, didn’t work.

Is your IP changing between closing and opening the client?

No, I don’t do anything to my IP address between closing and opening the client.

Sure, but maybe your ISP is releasing and renewing your IP. You can check your own IP by going to http://myip.ms

I checked my IP before and after opening battlenet client, they are the same.

It seems that the error message will only pop up when I cold start battlenet client. Warm start won’t trigger the login session expire message.
