I absolutely do and its more efficient to not do gamma dungeons. You can even get the daily gamma done without doing gamma dungeons. Go back to retail, you clearly dont know how Classic Wrath works.

to gear, you do random lich dungeons. do the frost emblem dailies. specifically queue for the three ICC dungeons as they give scourge stones. Buy your self 232, 245 gear, and get the gear from ICC dungeons 232ilevel. use your triumphs to buy 232, and 245 gear.
