I used my portal that was in my bag to get to Sithilus and it just kicks me off the server?? I cant even get out of it to play. WHY is this stuff happening?? Any help will be appreciated
Having the very same issue since yesterday morning.
I have tried EVERYTHING suggested by the support articles except uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which I don’t think will resolve the issue because I can log into other characters and every other version of WoW.
I’ve tried the Character Move Service, twice.
I’ve tried resetting my UI.
I’ve tried disabling all addons.
I’ve tried deleting my WTF, Interface, and Cache folders.
I’ve run the Repair Tool.
ZERO results. I just keep getting disconnected over and over when trying to log into my main (this) character.
I tried putting a ticket in about it, but I just get redirected to the Character Move Service.
EXACTLY! I put in a ticket as well and no response in 2 freaking days! 
Same with me… all my other characters can work but i only play my main as all i have time for so they are useless to me now. The character move service doesn’t work for me as it just keeps me in the same place… falling into Sith for 2 sec and disconnecting.
My issue was just now resolved. 
After replying to you, I went over to the Customer Support forums and was finally able to submit a ticket with specific details of my troubleshooting actions. A Game Master replied within 30 minutes and moved my character to Stormwind. Yay! This is the link to that customer support forum thread: Constant falling through game world - #2 by Kyzera-bloodscalp

Thanks for this link. I fumbled around like an idiot on the support site and ended up submitting a ticket that was probably never going to get a response. But this got me pointed in the right direction!
