Keep exp/hr the same for leveling

But increase mob health in dungeons and increase auto attack damage and tank armor.

People want to be able to play the game while leveling and you should increase mob health and boss health to do that.

And increasing auto attack damage so tanks can’t just pull everything from one boss to the next.

And then increase auto attack damage again and tank armor so players pulling for the tank get punished.

But all these changes I suggest will make the dungeons last longer so also increase exp granted from killing mobs to keep leveling time the same.

It would be nice to be able to level quickly through dungeons without them being a total meaningless cakewalk.

Difficulty sliders would be nice. Mob does 10% more damage, has 10% more health, drops 10% more stuff and gives 10% more xp. Scale into arbitrary for the masochists who like a challenge.

I’ve suggested “mythic leveling” before but I’m not sure how well it works for dungeons, as opposed to how much fun it is to solo the occasional quest intended for 3 players. People will queue for the difficulty that gives the best XP/hour, and if that happens to be the highest one, will make things toxic for anyone who slows it down, just as they can be to people not expecting M+ megapulls in leveling dungeons (for zero gain in clear speed because you’re not stacking uncapped AoE in solo queue).

You dolts don’t understand that nobody in leveling content, at least people interested in leveling fast, are willingly pulling extra mobs because they know the actual XP is in the completion and the fastest you get to the completion the better. The piddly amount mobs give is an insignificant fraction even if they die to residual damage as the death train chugs along.

All making mobs be more health sponges will do is cut XP because if you can’t finish the dungeon in the same time, you are just straight up nerfing XP.

What you SHOULD be asking for, those who want to slog through dungeons and pretend you’re actively contributing, is for Blizzard to adopt mythic+ principles and add the needed trash percentage AND all bosses required…and to put more of the completion XP into mob XP.

And please do so so people will stop thinking that dungeon leveling is faster than questing. At least with TWing it actually can be but honestly a competent quester with dragonriding can blow through levels too.

dungeons are dungeons, they’re gonna be what they’re gonna be I’m talking about open world content.
