So, I picked this quest up but then before completing it I completed another one where I befriended the Bloodsails. I can’t find a way to be able to attack them. I think I have finished all quests in the zone except this one. This means I cannot attack them to finish the Keep An Eye Out quest.
Did I do something wrong?
when you click on them in your reputation page, I believe you should be able to choose “at war” which should allow you to attack them.
That option is greyed out. Unable to go to war or attack. Is this a bug blizzard?

I am also having the same problem. I am showing hated with Bloodsail but they are green.
It’s part of the quest chain. While you are undercover, you’ll be friendly to them. Once you finish up that quest chain, you’ll go back to being hostile.
There’s also a quest during the chain “Making Mutiny” where you get to attack some mobs, which can drop the needed item.
