Yes, as a retired Soldier I’m just not impressed. He makes a plethora of amateur mistakes. Being able to hit a target at short range does you no good if you’re sloppy, have bad habits like trigger jerking, and constantly silhouette yourself. Keanu Reeves has just enough proficiency to be killed within 5 minutes of an actual firefight. But what do I know? I’m just a professional in the art of armed combat.
Chuck Norris however is a REAL martial artist. He’s won championships. He doesn’t just pretend, he can actually light someone up toe to toe. He also likely has some level of proficiency with an m16, being a veteran himself. He was air force though… so any firearms proficiency may be very limited unless he was a PJ or Security Forces.

I’m not saying Keanu Reeves isn’t a good person. He’s very humble, outgoing, and isn’t running around screaming, “Hey, look at me and listen to everything I say!” He’s kind of the anti-Hollywood A-lister. I just don’t credit him as a particularly dangerous or tough guy. He does random nice things for fans, that alone is a weakness. Placing any value on human lives is, in my mind as a combat vet, a weakness. You care too much then you hesitate. Emotions are a wasted human trait that expend far too much energy.
