Isalenna here - I see I forgot some stuff for her, so I’ll add that onto this post after I work on Eraki a bit!
Eraki grew up being largely used to eating whatever was available and easily cooked - charred meat, rarely spiced, and so on. Since coming to Azeroth, however, she has found she has a fondness for Goblin food - burgers, fried food, the greasier and nastier looking the better. Overwhelm her with -all the flavor-.
In turn, she doesn’t like eating anything without flavor anymore unless she absolutely has to. She still will if she does, but… she might grumble about it.
She hasn’t experienced it yet - but she’s going to love snow and winter. She grew up inside a mountain in Gorgrond - the world was a hateful place bent on killing you. Being in a world where things can be enjoyed without worrying if they’re going to try and turn around and eat you is a relieving change for her.
Her dreams, these days, are unsurprisingly of Draenor. As much as she enjoys Azeroth… it’s not her home. Her home is Draenor, a world she’ll probably never see again.
When she first received word of the war between the Draenei and the Orcs starting again, the former guided by their Light Mother and Yrel. She’s convinced the Draenei didn’t have a choice in what happened - that the Light forced them to become what they are. Every Draenei she had ever encountered before then had been pleasant enough, if understandably wary.
Burger joints, engineering workshops, gun stores. Places like that.
Lawful Good, I’d say.
She hasn’t seen one yet. Her first instinct might be to try and hug it, if it doesn’t attack her first. We shall see.
Edit – Now for Isalenna!
Similar to Eraki, she dreams of home. She talks a big game about hating Quel’thalas, but the loss of her home has left her heart-broken, even if she doesn’t get along with her people very well.
Any that involve her aunt, the woman who raised her. She grew up being abused by the woman and it’s not an experience she’s bound to forget any time soon.
