The next step is receiving mail from the Postmaster inviting you to help him out. Check your mail to read it, then fly behind the Magus Commerce Exchange (/way 32.8, 32.1 in Dalaran). There is a Mail Tube

See if the mail tube is open behind the Magus Commerce Exchange, just in case you did get the mail but didn’t realize it.
As I said in my initial post… the post master has NOT sent me the piece of mail for me to advance to the part you are even talking about.
^This is the part that is NOT happening that is keeping me from advanacing
And I’m saying that its possible either you did get the mail already without realizing it or at the game has you marked down as gotten it.
It takes like a minute to check if the step AFTER that is open,
So… take a minute and pop over and see if the mail tube is open.
If the tube isn’t open and you have waited an hour + of game play and nothing, then request support while in game.
So I know for a FACT I didn’t get the mail form the postmaster, but yes the game must have thought so as the quest was there thanks!
