Anyone else experiencing this? As I progress the campaign so far I’ve gotten 2200 Reputation rewarded twice.
My current Reputation after that is 1900/2500 Still Level 1.
I’m no math genius but I should be 1900/2500 Level 2.

Yeah it seems bugged.
If the bugged galagio reputation was any indicator, if you didn’t get it applied immediately it won’t be retroactive. You just have to be lucky enough to do it after they fix it.
Where is Ka’resh trust listed under reputation ?
