With K’aresh a confirmed Titan, and Dimensius defeated after RtWF, K’aresh will be healed, and will awaken at some point to join the Pantheon. What will he look like? Will he be purple? The first Void Titan we’ve seen so far?
I am pretty Karesh is dead/wont actually awaken into a titan because his worldsoul has been too damaged.
Well they commune with him again in the quests I’m doing so I’m pretty sure he’s okay for now. We always need more titans of course.
I’m pretty sure it was Xal’s trick. In other words they were “communicating” with the small vestige left of Karesh and Karesh the world soul has a zero chance of being truly born, as a titan or otherwise.
I dunno.
Xal wouldnt trick us.
Barely a day for US and not at all for EU and you’re already posting spoilers? Pretty rude
Confirmed Worldsoul, not confirmed Titan.
As much as I hate calling on shadowlands for lore, we did learn souls can be splintered, like Arthas, Uther and Sylvanas.
The fact that K’aresh was also shattered mid way through being consumed also supports the theory that whatever they “communed” with was only a fragment that just happened to not be destroyed.
I’d wager Dimensius devoured far too much of K’aresh for it to ever be truly healed. It’s a dead world.
They’re literally the same thing. Worldsoul = nascent Titan.
No they’re not.
A word soul can become a titan.
Emphasis on can. They can become any of the deities depending on what element/energy they’re infused with. Titans are just arcane/Order deities.
You should read the wiki or really, any lore materials. Try the wiki.gg for Titans, that will be helpful.
Likewise, go read the article on World Souls
You obviously haven’t.
They think they communicated with him again. They also needed assistance from Xal’atath to make contact, and all turned purple afterwards.
Zero chance it was K’aresh they were talking to.
That is unless Dimensius is playing the role of Locus Walker and Xal’atath isn’t even present.
Note how suspicious Locus Walker is(grabbing the Dark Heart saying “This is raw power!” in the Trailer after Xal’atath disappears after Alleria grabs at her: https://youtu.be/UabSQmY07U4?t=67
No doubt Xal’atath upon noticing that the Ethereal King planned to revive K’aresh decided to just book it out of there in rage while Dimensius upon hearing of what happened got the idea of playing “Locus-Walker” and Xal’atath.
Furthermore Soul-Scribe due to a promise to a dying king betrays us after the Raid because Salhadaar still lives despite apparently being opposed to Salhadaar during the Raid.
I suspect the dying King was named Locus-Walker and Salhadaar took the title(becoming the Locus-Walker who trained Alleria) and Soul-Scribe opposes Salhadaar(even when he exposes the disguised Dimensius to Alleria).
Trust me!
I’ll admit I was partially wrong. I am glad Karesh is still alive but I am not sure yet if he will end up as a titan.
I mean he did absorb a soul that was… empowered by the void?? (Xal’s upgrade during the ritual)
so yeah, I expect the worst. :>
