K'aresh Skip if at 3/5 Campaign?

So I’ve unlocked the skip and done it on several characters, but now I’m running into a challenge with this specific character. I started the campaign before the skip and got to 3/5 campaign progress completed, and now I cant seem to find a way to skip the rest of it since I’m mid stream.

I just want to do the Story mode quest for the little crest crafting thingy to make an off-spec weapon without having to do the entire campaign again.

Has anyone figured out a skip for alts that are mid-stream and past the usual skip portion of the campaign? Undermine had an option to just talk to the inn keeper and skip and any time but I can’t find a similar thing for 11.2

I believe you can go to the NPC in the Oasis where you would pick up chapter 4, and get the skip for that chapter there.

It’s at the little gathering with Xal’atath down in the middle of the dome.
