Has anyone has any of these pieces actually drop from rare mobs? I’ve been killing all rares on multiple toons every day and have only seen two items drop total. One plate and one cloth.

Not a single one from rares yet.
Some of them can drop from the eco-dome dungeon. That’s how I got chest and pants from the leather set, but the rest drops only from rares apparently. Can take a couple of runs to get though. I suggest follower dungeon.
