K'aresh Makes No Sense, Thematically

It’s the “War Within”, so it ends… out of the planet…

More like War Without lol

Maybe it means the War within our mind? Since the void causes people to go insane.

Shadow Mummies took the thing!

After them!

They aren’t demon hunters. Thought you would be happy.

It depends on who you mean by “they”, because there’s a Demon Hunter council boss lol

More likely War Beyond Below.

I like where they’re going with the story.

I would have thought they would save that for a late midnight patch.

Does seem kind of weird given the name, but well see.

First part of most trilogies sets things in motion that will play out down the line.
That’s how K’aresh “fits” … probably.

It’s the war within so deep that it ripped through a wormhole and popped out on another world.

I mean, it kind of makes sense in that Karesh is a cautionary tale of what might happen to Azeroth.

Perhaps they want to dangle a “true” void lord in front of us to set expectations for the stakes?

(of course, if we promptly beat a world-soul-eater, that feels like it would give us a bit too much of a confidence boost going forward?)

To be fair, it’s not like we haven’t beaten Dimensius before.

He was just a glorified Quest Mob in Outlands before Blizzard suddenly decided to make him Sargeras’ boogeyman lol

Honestly nothing makes sense at this point.

Perhaps it’s the war within ourselves?

Maybe the final boss will be named In, and it’s really the War With In?

we are going to wake up one day and experience Warframe second dream level craziness. Realizing our toons are merely controlled by people sitting behind keyboards …as the 4th wall breaks open and we have to face UBER HOGGER.

Please don’t ask questions, only consume.

But I’m not Dimensius the All-Devouring lol

It makes sense with the void theme that has existed since the Dalaran stuff. It’s just the Earthen/Hallowfall/Undermine stuff were detours. Apparently the Haranir story won’t get finished until later in the saga.

It fits the theme. Things are just out of sorts. It’s probably so the void can be much more of a threat next expac.
